The PES Workforce Action Team (WAT), led by Dr. David Allen, was set up in 2019 and has been working to raise awareness of the challenges we face with our shrinking workforce relative to the number of pediatric endocrine referrals, and on strategies to increase the pipeline for pediatric endocrinology.
