Hotel Reservations
The host hotel is the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. If you completed the form requesting that PES reserve your hotel room, your reservation has been secured.
Once the room block closes on April 6, the hotel will send confirmation emails directly to all guests.
Contact the hotel directly to make any changes to your reservation:
- Arrival or departure dates
- Room type
- Payment details or other reservation updates
If you chose to arrange your own accommodations and plan to stay at the Marriott, please book directly with the hotel as soon as possible, as the PES room block is expected to sell out.
Register for the Annual Meeting
Speakers are required to register for the Annual Meeting. If your speaker invitation included complimentary registration, please check your emails for the discount code or contact sonja@pedsendo.org.
Your Presentation and Details
This year, PES speakers will have access to a Virtual Speaker Ready-Room. This online portal allows you to upload your PowerPoint presentation in advance of your session. Our audio-visual team will preload all uploaded presentations onto the session laptop to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. If you need assistance, the AV team will also be available onsite.
Please complete the form linked below to provide your PowerPoint Presentation. The form includes instructions for uploading your presentation materials.
- Filename format for your presentation: Include the presenter’s last name, presentation date, start time, session title, and version in each filename.
- Example: Smith_Sept12_10AM_AdvancesInPediatrics_V1.pptx
- Presentation Template: While not required, you are welcome to use the PES PowerPoint template. Click here to download.
- April 17, 2026: DEADLINE to upload your presentation.

Conflict of Interest Form
Presenters are required to complete a Conflict of Interest Form as required by ACCME. Please complete this form by Feb. 28.
Reimbursement Policy
As outlined in your individual speaker invitation email, any applicable stipend or honorarium arrangements were detailed there. Payments will be issued following the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.
Conference App
PES will be using the Whova app software again this year for the Annual Meeting. The information you provided in the speaker confirmation form will be used to populate the app. We will launch the app in mid-March and we will use the app for upcoming speaker communications.
