Hotel Reservations
Reserve your hotel room at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis as soon as possible, as the PES room block is expected to fill quickly. The block closes on April 6, or sooner if all rooms are booked.
Register for the Annual Meeting
Oral presenters are required to register for the Annual Meeting.
Your Oral Presentation and Details
Your oral presentation should be an 8-minute presentation, followed by a 2-minute Q&A. The three oral presentation sessions at the Annual Meeting are scheduled for:
- Oral Session 1: Friday, May 1 at 8:15-9:15am
- Oral Session 2: Friday, May 1 at 5:00-6:00pm
- Oral Session 3: Saturday, May 2 at 4:45-5:45pm
Your assigned session was noted in your email confirmation.
This year, PES speakers will have access to a Virtual Speaker Ready-Room. This online portal allows you to upload your PowerPoint presentation in advance of your session. Our audio-visual team will preload all uploaded presentations onto the session laptop to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. If you need assistance, the AV team will also be available onsite.
Please complete the form linked below to provide your PowerPoint Presentation. The form includes instructions for uploading your presentation materials.
- Filename format for your presentation: Include the presenter’s last name, presentation date, start time, session title, and version in each filename.
- Example: Smith_Sept12_10AM_AdvancesInPediatrics_V1.pptx
- Presentation Template: While not required, you are welcome to use the PES PowerPoint template. Click here to download.
- April 17, 2026: DEADLINE to upload your presentation.

Conference App
PES will be using the Whova app software again this year for the Annual Meeting. The app is scheduled to mid-March.
