The Program Committee invites you to volunteer as an Abstract Reviewer for the 2025 Annual Meeting, taking place in National Harbor, MD, from May 15-18.
As a reviewer, you will play a key role in shaping the scientific program by reviewing abstracts submitted for the meeting. We are committed to growing our pool of reviewers to include diverse backgrounds and perspectives, ensuring a well-rounded program for 2025.
The review process runs from December 13, 2024, to January 13, 2025. Each reviewer will evaluate 10-15 abstracts. Your insights are invaluable, and we appreciate your support in making the Annual Meeting a success.

Deadline to volunteer: Monday, November 11, 2024
If you would like to volunteer as a reviewer, please follow the steps outlined below to sign up:
- Visit the abstract submission portal
- Login using your PES account credentials
- Once logged in, select the “Sign up to review” button under the “Submission Selection” header
- Proceed with entering the requested information and hit “Save” to submit. Once you “Save”, a green pop-up will appear in the top-right corner “Call for Reviewer Questions Updated!”. This means you successfully submitted your reviewer information.
