About Baylor College of Medicine

The Endocrinology and Diabetes section of The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio seeks an outstanding physician to join our team of a Pediatric Endocrinologists and one Nurse Practitioner. The ideal candidate will be clinically-focused on excellent patient care and interested in academic medicine, teaching residents and medical students. Our highly skilled clinical team includes a certified diabetes educator, a pediatric endocrine nurse, a dietitian who is also a certified diabetes educator and a social worker.

Through partnership with CHRISTUS Health System and Baylor College of Medicine, The Children’s Hospital is the first and only freestanding, academic, not-for-profit children's hospital in San Antonio and serves as a focal point for pediatric services throughout the community. The Voelcker Clinical Research Center provides support for faculty involved with clinical research.

As the nation's seventh-largest city, San Antonio is known for its history and blend of cultures. Qualified applicants must have an MD or DO degree, be Board eligible or certified in Pediatric Endocrinology and have or obtain a Texas medical license.
