Description: Webinar to be delivered by type 2 diabetes specialty care members, including an endocrinologist, NP, RN-CDCES, dietitian, and psychologist who will each describe their role in delivering type 2 diabetes-focused care. Part of the goal of this webinar is to help providers understand how to leverage personnel who are currently focused on type 1 diabetes care to broaden their focus, understanding that many centers do not have the resources to set up a separate type 2 diabetes program.
