Brief Description: Discussion regarding the diagnosis and treatment of growth hormone deficiency.

Learning objectives:

  1. Explain why Growth hormone stimulation testing is of diagnostic value in a subset of children
  2. Explain why GST+ clinical history reveals a diagnostic continuum
  3. Explain why erroneous GHD in late childhood can be limited/corrected with pre-pubertal sex-hormone priming/pubertal GH discontinuation
