RWJBarnabas Health is seeking to add a fourth full-time Pediatric Endocrinologist to our team. This position is primarily clinical, based at the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ, with additional site responsibilities in Livingston, NJ affiliated with Saint Barnabas Medical Center. The scope of the practice is clinical in nature with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, building on an established clinical program for endocrinology and diabetes. Our diabetes practice has embraced the use of continuous glucose monitoring, pump usage, and also leverages internet-based technologies whenever possible. Saint Barnabas Medical center is a secondary site for the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship, which was recently approved by the RRC and is the first Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship in New Jersey.

Candidates must be graduates of an ACGME-accredited pediatric endocrinology fellowship, Pediatric Endocrinology board-certified or board-eligible, and have sufficient credentials to be appointed at the assistant or associate professor level. Applicants with an active New Jersey medical license are ideal.
