We will accept nominations for this award in 2026.
This Lectureship was established through a generous donation by the Fishers in 2014 to generate ongoing interest in the history of Pediatric Endocrinology.
The proposed lecture should cover some aspect of relevant history, e.g., pioneers, specific diseases, therapies, practice, basic science, understanding of disease mechanisms, diagnostic methods, etc. There are no membership restrictions for lecturers. The lecturer will be chosen from among nominees submitted by the membership, and the lecture will take place bi-annually at the PES Annual Meeting. (This lecture alternates with the Blizzard lecture).
