The Program Committee invites you to volunteer as an Abstract Reviewer for the 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place April 30 – May 3 in San Francisco, California.
As a reviewer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the scientific content of the meeting by evaluating submitted abstracts. We’re expanding our reviewer community to include a wide range of experiences and perspectives, helping us build a rich, inclusive, and engaging program for 2026.
The review period runs from December 10, 2025, through January 5, 2026, and each reviewer will be assigned approximately 10–15 abstracts.

Deadline to sign up: Friday, November 14, 2025
If you would like to volunteer as a reviewer, please follow the steps outlined below to sign up:
- Visit the abstract submission portal
- Login using your PES account credentials
- Once logged in, select the "Sign up to review" button under the "Submission Selection"
- Proceed with entering the requested information and hit "Save" to submit. Once you "Save", a green pop-up will appear in the top-right corner "Call for Reviewer Questions Updated!". This means you successfully submitted your reviewer information.
